INFORMATION:
We are looking for licensed Denver nail technicians who are interested in renting a nail tech booth in Wheat Ridge, CO. There's a high demand for hard gel manicures and that is what we specialize in. Regardless if you are a beginner or advanced tech we would love to have you. We will provide you with guidelines, techniques, education materials and access to the best products and instruments.
We will be promoting the salon as the place where clients can get dry e-file Russian-style clean manicures, hard gel, nail art, clean safe pedicures. We will have a strong online presence with a website to all of the techs links (booking, instagram, info), Google presence to promote the team(we will ask you to provide us photos of your work for posting). We want every tech to be fully booked.

PRICE
The price is $700 a month
+$700 deposit to secure the rent, will be returned after the lease is over. 2 months move-out notice in written form

We will have a retail nail supply store in the front (where you can get products with special discounts) and a salon area with table booths. We will be providing access to our gel polish selection, this is over 600 colors. The supply store website is www.nashlynails.com and we are adding a minimum of two product lines you will certainly be excited about before the space is opened.

Nail technicians are required to be licensed by the state of Colorado and provide proof of insurance.
