This top coat is for use with chrome pearl powders.

Base Gel -> Base Color -> Powder Top Gel -> Powder -> Multi Cover Gel -> Top Gel

Rub in powder after curing top gel in led/uv lamp for 1 minute while its still hot. File tips, apply base coat of your preference and follow with top coat.
